Our charity is in search of interns, short-term missionaries and gap year students who are willing to stand by individuals on a journey to rebuild their lives.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who can serve as mentors to men and women desperately seeking guidance. As a Betel intern, be part of helping us to establish churches, create sustainable businesses and participate in the professional world. By simply setting a humble example of Christ’s love, you’ll share in the day-by-day healing of hurting lives.

What we
offer

Flexibility

We offer short and long-term internship opportunities. While we recommend a commitment of three to six months for the most enriching experience, we understand that personal circumstances may vary. Betel's internship will equip you with valuable hands-on training for future endeavors in full-time missions, social work.

Hands on Discipleship

You will have the opportunity to ‘Be Jesus’ in everyday, real-life situations, by working, serving and worshiping alongside those whose broken lives are being restored. You’ll learn to live out the scriptures in Betel’s dynamic, inspiring and life-changing environment.

Servant Leadership

Lead through humble example and put your skills and talents to use in various areas. From sharing the Word or participating in worship teams to applying business skills in our charitable ventures, there's a place for everyone. We welcome mechanics, tradespeople, accountants, media and marketing specialists, IT experts and many other skilled individuals who are eager to serve.

Minimal Cost

Betel provides free board and lodging for interns as a working member of our community. Your only financial responsibility is to cover your travel to and from Betel, along with any personal expenses while you're with us, such as days off, sightseeing, and toiletries.
